Balance Beams

Narrow platforms used for balance routines, typically raised off the ground.

A narrow, raised platform used primarily in women’s artistic gymnastics. Gymnasts perform routines that require balance, precision, and grace while executing leaps, turns, and acrobatic elements. Balance beams are usually padded for safety but maintain a firm surface for stability. The height of the beam can be adjusted during training.
